My favourite chocolate delivery method has always been in hot, milky, rich, drinking form. Through this autumn and winter, we will be sampling as many different purveyors of this heavenly liquid, locally and where we travel, and reporting our findings.
Our first offering: Caffé Fantastico Tré at The Parkside on Humboldt Street in Victoria.
My favourite place is a chocolaterie in Bristol (UK). They have thi machine that keeps their chocolate warm and molten the whole time, then they simply top it up. Also, there’s a chain called Browns, they give you a double shot of chocolate for you to add to your hot whole milk! Delicious.
